研究领域
研究方向重点是面向生物医药与生命健康领域重大需求与问题,理性设计和高效开发多功能工程化刺激响应型生物材料载体和活性物质靶向递送体系,用于预防和治疗疾病,如癌症、感染、自身免疫性疾病。主要有四个研究方向:
1)聚合物等功能材料的理性设计与高效合成
2)细胞介导的靶向制剂的开发与应用
3)基于阳离子聚合物与脂质的核酸制剂开发与应用
4)透皮给药微针贴片开发与应用
5)活性物质口服制剂开发与应用
