Research areas contain the fundamental Micro/Nano Electro Mechanical Systems (MEMS/NEMS)including the investigation of mechanical and electrical principles, implementation of micro/nano advancedmanufacturing, in-depth experimentation of device reliability and its defect analysis. Applications involves thecreative MEMS/NEMS device integration in Biomedical determination and verification; the integrated systemof advanced optical attitude sensor, MEMS-based nano satellite and miniature inertial measurement unit(MIMU) in space technology; optimization and administration of MEMS/NEMS integration for super-capacitorsystem using graphene, nanotubes, nanoparticles, nano-composites, and polymers for next generation of powersystem.
