概况
刘晓,男,研究员,清华大学深圳国际研究生院副教授,博士生导师。南京大学化学学士,哥本哈根大学生物学博士。曾领导和参与多项基因组学重大项目合作,包括1000 genomes, ICGC, ACRG等。在Nature Genetics、Science、Genome Research等国际学术期刊发表SCI收录科研论文90余篇,其中第一和通讯作者论文40多篇,总引用超过30000次, H指数44 (Google学术)。担任包括Cell Host microbe, Nature Communications, Cell Research等二十多家SCI期刊编委或审稿人,授权国内外专利20余项。主持和参与多项科技部和地方科研项目。获得深圳市海外高层次人才B类和地方级领军人才。目前主要研究方向是人类系统免疫学和细胞免疫工程、免疫组学、单细胞多组学和系统生物学等。

研究领域
主要研究方向:
1.功能免疫组学的新技术和方法;
2.功能免疫组学在肿瘤、感染、自身免疫病等重大疾病的筛查、预后监控、治疗等方向应用;
3.人类疾病的其它组学和转化医学研究。
作为国际肿瘤基因组协作组(ICGC)中国团队和亚洲人癌症研究团队(ACRG)的核心成员,课题组最早对肝细胞癌的致病基因突变、表达和信号通路进行了全基因组水平的深入研究。尤其是,开发了一种高通量低成本在全基因组范围寻找病毒整合信号的工具,用来对乙肝病毒相关的肝癌和人乳头瘤病毒相关的宫颈癌基因组进行了全面和系统的研究,发现大量病毒基因在癌细胞基因组的整合信号,与肿瘤发展进程相关。最近五年课题组开发了大量免疫组学的工具,来研究不同的免疫微环境中T、B淋巴细胞受体谱在应激条件下的特征和变化。开发的工具可以对所有受体序列进行准确定量和进化分析。课题组还首次开发了对不同物种受体胚系基因进行推导和预测的工具。运用这些技术,对各种免疫相关的疾病进行了应用型研究和探索,包括肿瘤、自身免疫病和疫苗诱导的免疫微环境。研究发现受体谱的变化与疾病预后密切相关,能够成为新型的疾病分子分型和诊断工具。课题组还建立了一个大型数据库PIRD,包括了超过十种疾病的上万份数据,以及抗原特异性数据,来探索应用机器学习和深度学习的数据挖掘技术。
