SIGS researchers have been mentioned twelve times on Clarivate’s Highly Cited Researchers 2023 List released on November 15. The following researchers have been recognized (in alphabetical order): He Kebin, He Yanbing, Hong Chaopeng, Kang Feiyu, Li Baohua, Lv Wei, Peng Lele, Yang Yunfeng, Zheng Bo, Zhou Guangmin, and Zou Xiaolong. SIGS Professor Kang Feiyu was one of five professors from Tsinghua University to be mentioned in two fields, materials science and environment and ecology.

The researchers from SIGS mentioned are among the seventy-eight mentions on the list from Tsinghua University which ranks fifth in the world and first in China for its share of cited researcher mentions. They are also among the 6,849 researchers mentioned 7,125 times on this year’s list from around the world.
This year, SIGS has the second-highest share of mentions on the list among Tsinghua’s nineteen schools and departments.
