研究方向包括肿瘤相关的化学生物学、分子生物学、细胞生物学、生物信息学,围绕药物分子(小分子、核酸、多肽)的研发及作用机制、生物传感器与分子诊断、人工智能与生物信息学等领域展开研究。主持国家自然基金、深圳市学科布局、深圳市基础研究等项目,参与国家科技部重点研发项目、国家973、国家863等项目。在Chem、JACS、Nat. Mach. Intell.、Small、Biosens. Bioelectron.、ACS Appl. Mater. Inter.等期刊上发表论文90余篇。
