University Town has a clinic located next to KuaileShiJian Canteen and UniLife Convenient Store at Tsinghua Campus. The clinic sells prescription drugs and offers free consultations. In the event that you are hospitalized, the insurance company can reimburse part of the cost based on the policy. For more information on this reimbursement, you can contact the International Student Office in Beijing (ISO) at iso@tsinghua.edu.cn You should keep the receipts and documents that you receive from the hospital as proof when needed during your claim.
